Laura Rhodes is the founder of Third Sector Consulting, a nonprofit grant consulting firm based in Bozeman, Montana. She has more than 15 years experience in philanthropy and nonprofit development.
Before moving to Bozeman, Laura was a program officer with the American Express Foundation. She has served on a number of grant selection and award committees. She has also helped raise more than $2 million for nonprofits through workplace giving campaigns, annual campaigns, special events and grants.
Having been both a grantmaker and a fundraiser, Laura uses her unique perspective to help nonprofits find funders and get grants.

A North Carolina native, Laura graduated with honors from the School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University. Today, she and her husband spend their free time hiking, fly fishing and cross country skiing in Big Sky Country.
